SyntheX, Inc. (“SyntheX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit www.synthexlabs.com and related webpages (the “Site”), subscribe to receive updates, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.
SyntheX is a biotechnology company. The Site is intended primarily to provide information about our company, technology, research, and business activities. We do not sell products or services through the Site.

Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to SyntheX when you contact us, including:
- your name;
- email address;
- company or organization, if provided;
- the subject or category of your inquiry;
- the contents of your message; and
- information contained in any file you choose to upload or otherwise send to us.
If you contact SyntheX regarding employment, we may also receive information you choose to provide in your email or application materials, such as your résumé or CV, employment history, education, and other professional information.
Newsletter and Company Updates
If you subscribe to receive news or updates from SyntheX, we collect your email address and related subscription information. We use Mailchimp, a third-party email communications provider, to manage our subscriber list and, if applicable, send company news and other communications you have requested. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Please do not submit patient information, medical or health information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information through our general website contact form. Please also avoid submitting confidential or proprietary information unless SyntheX has specifically requested it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site, SyntheX and service providers that support the Site may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it;

- referring and exit pages;

Third-Party Features

SyntheX does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Corporate Transactions

5. No Sale of Personal Information
SyntheX does not sell personal information collected through the Site.
We also do not use or disclose personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Online Tracking and Do Not Track
Some web browsers provide a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal that indicates a user’s preference regarding online tracking. There is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, and the Site does not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
Third-party analytics and embedded services may collect information about your interaction with the Site as described in this Privacy Policy. SyntheX does not use information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell personal information collected through the Site.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may choose not to provide personal information through the Site. However, doing so may prevent us from responding to an inquiry or providing information you request.

If you receive an optional email communication from us, you may use the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication to stop receiving future marketing or company-update emails.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to communications, maintain appropriate business records, operate and secure the Site, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Subscription information may be retained while you remain subscribed to SyntheX communications and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to maintain unsubscribe or suppression records. Retention periods may otherwise vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information under our control against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Site is intended for a general business and scientific audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. SyntheX is based in the United States.
